Develop your confidence

Every day social skills are a part of every interaction we have with other people. Many skills include participating in conversations, using eye contact and greetings, looking positive, engaging and ending interactions appropriately. In our Social Skills coaching program we teach essential communication strategies to help our students feel confident and understand the fundamental elements of good social behaviour. These skills involve instruction, role play and practice. Subjects covered in our one-on-one coaching program include: first impressions, greetings and introductions, conversation skills, posture and non-verbal communication, everyday essential manners and courtesies, grooming and presentation skills. The 1:1 program includes 6 x 30-minute sessions facilitated weekly via zoom.
